Is Russia and his allies which includes China, Iran and others a threat to the world policeman, the U.S.A.?

Russia, China, India, Usa, Europe all are economically developing countries. They are wise enough to get along well with each other. The Islam Extremist movement is trying to destabilize relations between world powers. China and India are becoming more industrialized and are becoming more dependent upon crude oil. Oil is the key playing card in this rather volatile situation.

It's been said that money is the route of all evil. What does that make oil? Do we really need to exhaust the worlds oil supply and cause a world war?
