Would you rate Barrack Obama a war monger or a smart politician?

I would rate Obama as an opportunist that will say what he has to to enable his progression among his political party. This is common sense. What would you expect any person to do in the same situation. Mistakes are made, people are not perfect. Machines are not perfect. Noone in their right mind wants war. Tough talk should be screened as it does rile foreign governments and causes damage to relations. This is not wise of him and the American public is aware.
